Shipping & Returns
We pay the shipping on most orders $50.00 and over. For orders under $50.00 there is a flat shipping fee of $12.00, which will be added to your total at checkout. Barber chairs and furniture do not qualify for free shipping no matter the total of the order. Please see barber chairs and furniture for additional shipping policies on these items.
There will be additional shipping charges for orders that are being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, and APO addresses as these orders have to be shipped through the post office. Please call us at 1-800-542-0111 to find out the actual shipping charges on your order. If you place an order online going to one of these addresses we will call or e-mail you with the shipping charges and will not be able to send the order out until we get approval on the shipping. Due to US Post Office regulations aerosol spray cans cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, or APO addresses.
1 to 7 business days in the US and up to 30 days elsewhere and the courier is Fedex Ground.
Barber Chairs and Furniture Items
Additional freight will apply for all chairs and furniture items. Free shipping on orders over $50.00 does not apply to these items. Please call us at 1-800-542-0111 for discounted freight rates before placing an order for any of these items. Chairs and furniture items must be pre-paid. They can be paid by credit card (please see credit card policy) or can be paid in advance with a cashier’s check or money order.
Barber chairs, styling chairs, and furniture items such as shampoo cabinets, sinks, etc. cannot be returned for any reason. It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine the box and packaging for external damage at time of delivery and to note it on the truck driver’s delivery receipt before signing and accepting delivery. Norva Barber Supply is not responsible in the event that any damage occurred in shipping and the buyer fails to note the damaged condition of the box on the truck slip.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect with the chair or furniture item, the manufacturer reserves the right to replace the item or send a replacement part to fix the item. Neither Norva Barber Supply nor the manufacturer is responsible for any labor incurred by the buyer for the repair of the item.
Any damage or shortage in a shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Norva Barber Supply will not accept any claims if not notified within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of invoice date. All returns and exchanges must have prior authorization before they are sent back to us. Call us at 1-800-542-0111 with your invoice number to receive authorization. All returns may be subject to a restock fee of up to 20%. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A re-ship fee of $10.95 will apply to the exchange if it was a wrong item or size ordered by the customer.
If you are requesting a refund and the product does not have a verifiable manufacturers defect, then you will be refunded the total amount after deducting the up to 20% restock fee and the shipping cost if your order qualified for free shipping and we paid the shipping to send it to you. If you tamper with the product the warranty will be void and we will be unable to return or exchange the item.

All merchandise returned must be in original packaging. Please make sure all items are packed properly with sufficient cushioning in the box. Norva Barber Supply is not responsible for any damaged that occurs when the item is being shipped back to us.
